In April 2025, the Noelia Foundation proudly formalized a new partnership with Centro Parálisis Cerebral in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia—an organization that has been dedicated for over 37 years to supporting children and young people with physical and multiple disabilities.
This collaboration marks an important milestone in our mission to expand access to inclusive opportunities and improve quality of life for individuals with disabilities across Latin America.
During our recent visit, the Noelia Foundation team had the privilege of spending meaningful time with participants in the Center’s Pre-Vocational Workshop, witnessing firsthand the dedication, resilience, and potential of the young people served by the organization. These interactions reinforced our shared commitment to empowering individuals through skill development, inclusion, and community support.
Centro Parálisis Cerebral has built a strong legacy of care, education, and advocacy. Through this partnership, we aim to strengthen and scale these efforts—supporting programs that foster independence, dignity, and social integration.
This alliance is more than a formal agreement; it is a shared vision for creating spaces of dignity, solidarity, and inclusion, where every individual is valued and supported in reaching their full potential.
We are deeply grateful to the team at Centro Parálisis Cerebral for their warm welcome and for the impactful work they carry out every day. Together, we look forward to building sustainable initiatives that create lasting change.
